Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Digital Builder Extraordinaire:
- Own the development, optimisation, and maintenance of slick, high-performing web pages in Webflow.
- Be the front-end go-to—think React.JS, CSS, and HTML—making sure everything looks sharp and works seamlessly.
Email Guru with a Developer’s Edge:
- Design, build, and send beautiful, high-converting emails in Sendgrid.
- Use customer insights to set up lifecycle comms that land in the right inbox, at the right time, with the right message.
- Monitor deliverability, performance, and ROI like a hawk—and tweak till it’s perfect.
Analytics Wizard:
- Set up and manage tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track, measure, and learn.
- Dive into user behaviour and campaign performance data to spot what’s working and what’s not—then turn those insights into action.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure decisions are backed by hard data.
Campaign Co-Pilot:
- Collaborate on advertising efforts across Meta and LinkedIn, assisting with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO), using insights to squeeze every bit of value out of campaigns.
Data Wrangler (Who Speaks SQL):
- Use SQL to query, clean, and prep data for campaigns that hit the mark.
- Build a habit of working smarter, not harder, by making the most of the numbers.
What Makes You a Fit:
- You’re part marketer, part developer—someone who thrives in a role that’s as creative as it is technical.
- You know your way around Webflow, React.JS, CSS, and HTML and you’re proud of what you build.
- You’ve got experience with Sendgrid (or similar platforms) and can write lifecycle comms that actually, you know, work.
- Analytics isn’t just a tool for you—it’s a superpower. You’ve worked with GA4 and can turn data into a game plan.
- You’re comfortable with SQL and aren’t afraid to get stuck into a dataset.
- CRO, advertising platforms, and digital campaigns are in your toolkit (or you’re keen to learn fast).
