About the Role

We’re looking for a marketing executive with 1-2 years of experience who is keen to get involved across the entire marketing spectrum. You will be supporting our marketing team, managing everything from social media to website updates, and helping execute key campaigns. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced startup while gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing functions. It won't be easy but it’ll be the best leap you can make in your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.
• Support marketing automation processes to optimise campaign workflows.
• Assist with website updates and management (experience with Webflow and Figma is a plus).
• Help execute and monitor email marketing campaigns, from setup to analysis.
• Distribute content across multiple platforms, ensuring it reaches the right audience.
• Provide administrative support for campaign management and marketing operations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help guide marketing strategies.
• Play a supporting role across analytics, performance marketing, and design.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• A marketing degree is preferred, but curiosity and proven results are equally important.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.
