Be the friendly face of Emerge - the best banking alternative for small businesses in NZ & SquareOne - a tool for teaching Kiwi kids how to be great with money. You’ll be engaging with our customers to ensure they have an amazing experience from start to finish. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding customers through our platform, you’ll be the trusted expert who makes banking feel simple and exciting.
Problem Solver with a Smile
When problems arise, you’ll jump in and tackle them head-on, providing solutions that leave our customers feeling heard and valued. You’ll take the time to understand their needs and work collaboratively to resolve their challenges.
Feedback Champion
Collect valuable customer insights, from feedback surveys to one-on-one conversations, and use them to suggest improvements that will make Emerge & SquareOne even better. You’ll help us continuously refine our platform and service to make sure our customers always get the best experience.
Team Player
Work closely with other teams (like Marketing, Product, and Tech) to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon. You’ll be the link between our customers and the rest of the business, sharing insights to help shape product features and customer communications.
