About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic content lead to own the execution and distribution of all content. You’ll be the central figure responsible for producing impactful content and ensuring its distribution across multiple channels. Whether your passion lies in audio, video, or written content, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record of success and a willingness to master other formats. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of content strategy across all channels.
• Lead the creation of high-quality content, whether that’s written, video, or audio-based.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is aligned with broader campaign goals.
• Manage the distribution of content across relevant channels, ensuring it reaches the right audiences.
• Experiment with and optimise content formats for different platforms and audiences.
• Track content performance and adapt strategies based on insights and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging content platforms.

Qualifications

• A marketing degree is a plus, but a strong portfolio and proven content success are more important.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role and 1 year in a content-focused role (because that’s where you found your passion).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media, and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for storytelling and an eagerness to explore new formats and strategies.
