Be the Welcome Wagon (with Strategy):

• Run onboarding calls that don’t just set up accounts—they set up success stories.
• Quickly and intuitively understand what makes each business tick, and provide tailored guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Problem-Solver Meets Coach:

• Dive deep into client data to spot opportunities and resolve challenges before they even know they exist.
• Become the go-to expert on our platform, showing customers how Emerge isn’t just a tool—it’s the competitive edge their business has been waiting for.

Relationship Builder Extraordinaire:

• Stay in touch post-onboarding and be their trusted advisor for anything they need.
• Provide above-and-beyond support, turning first-time users into lifelong advocates.

Efficiency Freak (in the Best Way):

• Work with our team to constantly streamline and innovate the onboarding journey so clients are up and running faster than ever.

What Makes You a Fit:

• You’re not just good with people—you’re magnetic. Building trust and rapport comes naturally.
• You love digging into data to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and how to make it better.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in account management or client success. Bonus if you’ve worked with small businesses before.
• You’re proactive, not reactive. If something needs fixing, you’re already on it.
• You know how to simplify complex concepts, making them crystal clear to clients.
